Tersan Shipyard delivered Froyanes, the eighth vessel it built for the Norwegian Ervik Havfiske – Group.
Froyanes, the first of its kind Combined Crab and Shrimp catching and processing vessel, shall be the flagship of Ervik Havfiske- Group’s fleet, which includes seven other Tersan-built vessels. Ervik Havfiske, launched last July and delivered within two months, was designed by Marinteknikk, with whom Tersan Shipyard has been working in the field of ship design for a long time. The vessel, with a length of 70 meters and a width of 17 meters, has accommodation for 35 people and is being built in accordance with high ice class regulations to fish for shrimp and snow crab in the Norwegian and Barents seas.
