Sefine Shipyard from Turkey has undertaken the building of the 18 MW capacity Icebreaker 7 rescue vessel, which was tendered by the Russian Federal Maritime and River Transport Agency (Rosmorrecflot) and will be used on the Northern Sea Route.
While the Turkish shipyard made an offer of 13.3 billion Rubles in the tender, there was no other bidder.
