Sefine Shipyard launched Svelvik, Car&Passenger Ferry with building number NB44.
Sefine Shipyard, founded in Yalova Altinova, continues its new building projects at full speed. The shipyard, which delivered 7 vessels last year, plans to deliver 6 vessels to its customers this year.
Sefine Shipyard, continuing its activities in line with this goal, has launched the car&passenger ferry named Svelvik, which is built for the Norwegian Basto Fosen. The ferry which is 54 meters in lenght overall and 12 meters in beam moulded, has a capacity of 30 vehicles and 99 passengers.
Fitted with eco-friendly equipment and leaving less carbon footprint, the vessel was designed by The Norwegian Ship Design Company (TNSDC).
The vessel’s outfitting operations are expected to be completed and delivered to the buyer within this year.
