RMK Marine held the keel laying ceremony of the chemical tanker Pointe de Caux, which will be built for the Sogestran Shipping affiliated to the French Sogestran Group.
The 4.700 DWT chemical tanker, Pointe de Caux, will be 110 meters long and 14 meters wide. The cargo capacity of the tanker classified by Bureau Veritas was planned to be 5,614 m3.
Making a statement on the issue, RMK Marine acknowledged Sogestran Shipping for choosing them for the project, Barry Rogliano Salles brokerage firm and Delta Marine design company for their contributions to the project.
Work is in full swing on the delivery of the project on time and with the planned budget.
