Med Marine has reached a deal with Svitzer to bring two tugboats into service in the Suez Canal. The tugboats will be delivered to Svitzer by late May.
According to the agreement between Svitzer and the Suez Canal Authority, the tugboats will be deployed at Egyptian ports and the Suez Canal (SCA).
Pursuant to the agreement made between Med Marine and Svitzer, the Suez Canal tugboats will feature a 75t bollard pull designed by Robert Allan Ltd and two RA star 2800 tugboats.
