The Liberian Flag Register was enrolled in QUALSHIP 21 for 2022-2023 by the United Stated Coast Guard (USCG).
The prestigious QS21 program recognizes the vessels and flag states that successfully meet the specified security and quality requirements and regulations when calling at the ports of the United States of America.
For being entitled to QS21, the flag administrations must have a detention rate of less than 1.00 percent as applied by the Port State Control (PSC) throughout three years and must be credited with more than 10 PCS tests in the last three years.
The QS21 status brings advantages to the vessels calling at the USA ports.
